New local home care service launched

South Downs Community Care Ltd has been founded and managed by

Rachel Clear and Lucy-Jayne Woodhouse who have over 30 years of

experience in the care industry.

Rachel and Lucy are both qualified nurses who are committed to providing

a service of the highest quality, using their experience and ability to

interact closely with service users.  Their aim is to ensure that

clients live a full and independent lifestyle, within the comfort of

their own homes.  "Our service is based on the individual's requirements

with the aim to promote the heath and lifestyle of each client."  South

Downs Community Care operates home care and live-in care and is able to

provide a variety of services such as personal care, mobility,

household tasks and social interaction. 

The local company proudly obtained their certification from the Care

Quality Commission in April and are now looking to make a real

difference in the community by offering cost effective support for

adults and the elderly within their own home environment.  This gives

residential care.
