wanted to share our news with you. They travelled to Richmond Deer Park with the Bognor RFC Mini section for the Aviva Tag Rugby Festival. Some 21 U8's teams attended with the top 8 going through to play their group final at Twickenham during half time at the Season opener, the London Double Header featuring London Irish, Saracens and Wasps, Harlequins. The Bognor U8's topped their group with 3 wins from 4 matches. Try scoring was consistent from Bognor and shared amongst the team with most of them touching down over the line at some point, scoring a total 17 tries on the day. They went on to play Andover at half time during the London Irish / Saracens game on the Hallowed turf in front of 70,000 fans, coming away with a 3 all draw and a once in a lifetime experience. The boys are looking forward to another successful and unbeaten Season which starts this week. Anyone who wants to see them in action or join in the Fun can come along at 10am Sunday to Bognor Rugby Club at Hampshire Ave. All ages from 6 years are welcome.
