Very cheap
This is a crazy shop that crams everything into its four walls and two floors. Really cheap groceries along with homewares and other bits and bobs. I go once a month and just load up to the max on anything I can that will last me till my next trip, and I know I've saved a small fortune so it's worth the drive.

Trading??? Giving it away more like!!!
If you (like me) dont like spending more than you have to then come to Barnham Trading Post. Three for one on this and BOGOF (buy one get one free) on that....Its a wonder they make any money and the staff are really helpful too....When did you last see someone carry your shopping to your car for you? So lets see now....Great service, great choice, friendly and low prices....have i missed anything? no i havent....what more do you want?. Go on give it a go.

Great choice at great prices
Its out of way but what you save on the weekly shop more than makes up for the petrol used. Parking is free and thats not the only cheap thing about this place.... Brand name goods are cheaper than i have seen them anywhere else and the choice is huge. How they fit so much in one small place i will NEVER know. Their vegetables are so so fresh and the brocolli is even kept on ice (when i went in it was). Do you need furniture....well believe it or not they can help with that too as upstairs they sell furniture of all descriptions and at prices that are very very reasonable. everything you need is here and when you get to the checkout you will think that you haverobbed them....I go EVERY week now.
